The store is equipped with brewing facilities, allowing you to taste beer brewed right on the premises. The integration of the brewing process and beer service in an urban setting is a significant attraction.
The flagship beer of our store, "Gate One," was created with the concept of being "the perfect first beer to quench your thirst after work." It features a light bitterness and a well-balanced flavor, making it a pleasantly enjoyable first drink.
At the island bar counter located in the center of the store, you can enjoy a drink poured right before your eyes with beer tanks as the backdrop. For this opening, we have further refined this signature dish. By using "Saisai Chicken" from Iwate Prefecture and thoroughly pursuing a simple method of drawing out its umami with only salt, we have created a flavor that further enhances the aroma of the beer and the sweetness of the malt. The crispy exterior and juicy interior create a synergistic effect with craft beer.
The craft sausages, beloved at "YONA YONA BEER WORKS," have been reborn, aiming for even greater heights. This renewal involved an updated approach, where everything from mincing the meat in-house to stuffing and smoking is now done seamlessly on-site.
