Following on from the concept of the special event "WT Premium Lounge" held at "Union Square Tokyo," Obica Mozzarella Bar Roppongi Hills will be hosting a two-day limited-time premium lounge event. This event is more than just a music event; it will focus on the authenticity of Obica's food, and by combining this with a sophisticated spatial presentation, it will be positioned as a new social hub in Roppongi Hills, forming a high-end community.
An extraordinary space where the Roppongi night view and high-quality groove blend together
On the day of the event, the restaurant will be specially refurbished with new lighting, transforming the space into a dramatic space reminiscent of a high-end New York lounge. The moody lighting emanating from the DJ booth will blend with the glamorous nighttime atmosphere of Roppongi, allowing you to enjoy an extraordinary moment, as if you had wandered into Manhattan's night scene. The renowned DJs from last year's event will also be returning to create a one-night-only special curation of high-quality grooves that transcend genres, from '80s to '00s dance classics, house, and R&B to pop and Billboard hits, resonating with sophisticated adult sensibilities.
DJ GEE (GTS)
He made his DJ debut in 1986 and has played in clubs throughout Japan and around the world. He has released 17 albums as GTS. In 1992, he founded Artiimage Inc., and is a music producer who has produced artists such as m-flo, SOUL'd OUT, DOUBLE, and CREAM.
DJ TARO
A DJ/selector who has been a navigator on J-WAVE for over 20 years, he has captivated listeners both in Japan and overseas with his 30-year career, while also working as a "sound craftsman who designs spaces" and producing background music for over 50 hotels and film scores.
DJ REN
He was the 2014 Japanese champion of the global DJ competition "Red Bull 3Style." While active at clubs and festivals both in Japan and overseas, he also works as a sound producer, working on commercial music for famous brands. His talent has been highly praised in many fields, including performing at the Tokyo Olympics.
DJ MAYUMI
A DJ who mixes various genres with a focus on hip-hop. Active in Japan, America, and Asia, he has released numerous CDs from major labels. The headphones he produced have also been sold worldwide. The "HMX-1" has been sold worldwide.
Yoshijiro Sakurai
He began his career as a DJ in Osaka in 1997. He then moved to Tokyo, where he worked as a DJ while also working as a producer and sound engineer. He currently works with a variety of DJs and artists, releasing albums, and is active in a wide range of fields, including planning and producing events at clubs and various venues.
DANTZ
Based in Los Angeles, he is active globally. He has attracted attention for his house music-based playing style and has performed at one of the world's largest music festivals, ULTRA EUROPE. He has also headlined festivals and clubs around the world, and is active on the world stage as one of Asia's leading artists.
