It has been decided that Michael Anthony, the executive chef of Manhattan's New American restaurant Gramercy Tavern and owner of New York's flagship store, will come to Japan. To commemorate this, Union Square Tokyo will hold a special dinner “New York Dinner with Michael Anthony” for two nights only. On the day of your visit, we will carefully select seasonal domestic ingredients and prepare course meals that make the most of them.
