Terre de Truffle Tokyo's proud spring course uses plenty of truffles in every dish. The moment you take a bite, the freshness of the spring vegetables, the rich flavor of the seafood, the umami of the meat, and the deep aroma of the truffle all blend together to elegantly fill your five senses. Please enjoy the arrival of spring to your heart's content with the special magic of truffles.
