We will introduce a new course that uses over 50g of high-quality truffles, sourced through our unique channels. With truffles incorporated into every dish, from appetizers to desserts, we offer a unique experience where you can savor their aroma, texture, and lingering aftertaste.
A restaurant born in the South of France, dedicated to the full enjoyment of truffles
Founded in Nice, Southern France, in 2002, "Terres de Truffes" was established by gourmand Jean-Louis Patron and Clément Bruno, known as the "Truffle Doctor," with the aim of being "a restaurant where truffles can be enjoyed without pretense."
Clément Bruno is the owner-chef of "Chez Bruno," a renowned truffle specialty restaurant in Southern France that has held Michelin stars since 1990. He leads this restaurant, which attracts gourmands from all over the world, and is known as a leading authority in truffle cuisine, having spearheaded the development of truffle culture for many years.
"Terres de Truffes Tokyo" has been loved by many customers since its arrival in Tokyo in 2008 as Japan's first specialty truffle restaurant. With this new concept, we will re-examine the philosophy and traditions established by Clément Bruno, further pursuing "the inherent charm of truffles" beyond their role as mere ingredients.
By blending respect for the truffle culture nurtured in Southern France with a sensibility unique to Japan, we will deliver an unparalleled culinary experience that can only be found here.

This renewal introduces high-quality truffles sourced through our unique channels and features a new course that uses over 50g of truffles per course.
While truffles are generally used in small quantities for flavoring dishes, in this course, truffles are featured as the main ingredient in every dish, from appetizers to desserts, in generous portions. By using approximately three times the amount of truffles as in conventional courses, we offer a luxurious experience where you can fully enjoy not only the aroma but also the texture and lingering aftertaste of freshly shaved truffles.
The cuisine, based on Italian and French dishes, has evolved to maximize the quality and aroma of truffles. As a restaurant dedicated to fully appreciating truffles, we propose new value.
Furthermore, in addition to the traditional course-centric dining style, we have introduced a new prefix lunch, "SPECIAL LUNCH," where guests can enjoy an authentic truffle experience in a short time. This allows the restaurant to evolve beyond just special occasions, becoming suitable for everyday scenes such as business lunches.
