Jean-Georges Tokyo is the Tokyo branch of Jean-Georges, which has been awarded a star for 19 consecutive years since its launch in the New York edition of the Michelin Guide, and has received the highest 4-star rating from the New York Times. On September 8th (Friday) and 9th (Saturday), 2023, Jean-Georges, the owner and chef of the New York flagship store, will be visiting Japan. At dinner time on both days, Jean-Georges himself will demonstrate his skills and communicate with guests while offering a special course devised for this day.
