Since its founding, Obica has been committed to producing organic wines that go well with food. While handling a large number of wines, having an original label became Obika's dream. This year, which marks the 15th anniversary of Obika's arrival in Japan, we were able to meet a winery that produces wine that is both environmentally friendly and good for the body, which led us to create a private label wine.
This time, our partner in winemaking is Cusa Grande, a winery located in Abruzzo, Italy. This winery has been committed to 100% biologic farming since its founding, and has been producing traditional wines.
Organic wine with the EU Organic Certification (Euro Leaf Certification) mark, available in white and red varieties made from traditional indigenous varieties of Abruzzo, Trebbiano and Montepulciano.
The wine name is “Presentosa”. "Presentosa" is a traditional jewelry from the Abruzzo region, and it means a "gift" used for celebrations such as engagements. The white has a fruity aroma, refreshing acidity, and a well-balanced taste. Enjoy it with fresh mozzarella cheese. The red is medium-bodied with aromas of red fruit and a well-balanced, pleasant taste. We recommend the Abbinamento with Obica's most popular truffle pizza "Tartufo".
