From Monday, September 1st to Sunday, November 30th, 2025, Obica Mozzarella Bar will be offering a limited-time "Autumn Menu" made with luxurious seasonal autumn ingredients.

We have prepared a colorful menu that allows you to fully enjoy the flavors of autumn, including fragrant porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms, Shine Muscat grapes, and figs.

Autumnal Food and Wine Abbinamento

This year's autumn menu features a sophisticated lineup that makes the most of the bounty of autumn. Fragrant porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms release deep umami flavors, further enhancing their appeal when paired with wine. Fresh Shine Muscat grapes and figs grace the palate with their gentle sweetness, leaving a rich, lingering aftertaste. The individuality of each ingredient is highlighted by the combination with mozzarella and ricotta, creating a harmonious flavor in each dish. The rich, milky flavor of the mozzarella complements the refreshing flavor of the Shine Muscat grapes in this dish. It's a surprisingly good combination, and the fact that you can compare three different types of mozzarella is also appealing.


Cardoncelli mushroom fritters, fermented cream, fig vinegar ¥2,200

Thick and satisfying cardoncelli mushrooms are fried to a crispy texture. The tart fig vinegar and mellow fermented cream bring out the delicious flavor of the ingredients.

Ricotta cheese & autumn fruits acacia honey ¥1,500

A refreshing dessert made with smooth ricotta cheese and seasonal fruits. Acacia honey gently brings out the sweetness of the ingredients.
