From Monday, June 2nd to Monday, June 30th, 2025, Yona Yona Ale's official beer restaurant, Yona Yona Beer Works, will be offering a limited-time food menu featuring Shinshu's attractive craft beers and carefully selected ingredients that go perfectly with beer.
"Craftsaurus" series introduced in beer flights
In addition to the six regular beer flights, three varieties from the "Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus" series, which represents Shinshu, will be available as special offers. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy comparing a variety of unique craft beers.

We have prepared a limited-edition food menu that makes use of the rich bounty of Shinshu and is a perfect match for beer.
"Venison Rillettes" ¥750
Venison from Shinshu is slowly simmered at low temperature until tender, then shredded and carefully seasoned with herbs. The rich flavor is an excellent match for the light-tasting Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Brut IPA.
"Karuizawa Kobo Grilled Smoked Spare Ribs with Herb Sauce" ¥1,500
Large spare ribs are carefully smoked to bring out the natural flavor and meatiness of the pork. The freshness of the herbs enhances the rich aroma of Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Pale Ale.
"Shinshu cold beef" ¥1,400
This luxurious cold beef captures the delicious flavor of high-quality Shinshu beef. Its melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavor create the perfect harmony with Karuizawa Kogen Beer, which will be brewed only in 2025.
