[Yona Yona Beer Works] The 36th edition of "Works Ale" features complex fruit aromas and a dry taste.

The 36th edition of "Works Ale," a special craft beer available exclusively at Yona Yona Beer Works, is "Fruit Ale."

By using three kinds of fruit, we pursued the enjoyment of experiencing a variety of fruit aromas rather than just one. The fruits used are apple juice, raspberry, and orange peel.

In addition, by adding fruit juice during the fermentation stage, we were able to pursue the interesting fruit aromas that come from the fermentation process, resulting in a more complex and profound flavor.

Furthermore, in reference to the recent trend of sugar-free chuhai, we designed the recipe to express the direction of drinkability by being dry, and to thoroughly cut the sugar content. As a result, it is a drinkable fruit ale that is easy to drink and easy to appreciate even for beginners.
