In conjunction with this, advance reservations will begin on Monday, January 19, 2026, through the Wonder Table membership program, Club Wonder, with general reservations opening in mid-February 2026.

YONA YONA TOKYO BREWERY is an experiential brewery restaurant that transforms beer from a place to drink to a place to experience it, serving as a base for evolving craft beer culture into the next generation. Wondertable has collaborated with YO-HO Brewing, Japan's leading craft beer maker, to introduce customers to the appeal of craft beer, the passion of the brewers, and the joy of pairing it with food. Since its opening, we have shared the desire to "spread craft beer culture throughout Japan through a restaurant." This time, we will be opening a brewery restaurant that takes this aspiration even further. The restaurant will feature an on-site brewery, with YO-HO Brewing brewers with extensive brewing experience on-site. Guests will not only be able to enjoy a freshly brewed glass of beer, but will also be able to experience the passion and depth of beer brewing through communication with the brewers. Furthermore, the restaurant will feature a unique atmosphere, including a DJ booth and an island bar with over 30 taps.

We chose Shinagawa, the gateway to the world and the forefront of business. In this city where efficiency and rationality are essential, we have spared no effort, devoted time, and passion to creating a "brewing zone." This is "YONA YONA TOKYO BREWERY." By incorporating a brewery and opening up the very site where beer is born, we bring the heartbeat of craft beer to life in the city—a place that represents the pinnacle of a brewery's vision. This is more than just a restaurant.
