At Tenkichiya, our seasonal tempura, made with ingredients from each season, has been extremely popular. We have been offering seasonal tempura bowls to allow Japanese customers to experience the changing of the seasons.
This time, we want inbound customers to enjoy the Japanese winter atmosphere, so we have prepared the "Shichifuku Tendon" which uses an abundance of luxurious ingredients.

Luxurious winter ingredients
We used an abundance of seasonal seafood and vegetables to create a dish that will make you feel the arrival of winter. By using winter ingredients such as two types of crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe, the dish is visually gorgeous and tastes exceptional.
For the final dish, choose your favorite and have some tempura chazuke . We recommend finishing off with tempura chazuke, which is made by placing kakiage on top of rice and pouring dashi stock and salmon roe over it.
