Through pairing dinners crafted by our sommeliers and the chefs of each brand, you can enjoy new combinations with dishes while also learning about the background and stories of the wines.

WonderTable's sommeliers will select wines based on specific themes.
At Lawry's The Prime Rib, Akasaka, we will feature "Modern California" as the theme, showcasing Californian wines currently gaining attention. At Jean-Georges Tokyo, under the theme of "Cool Climate," we will focus on wine regions around the world that are changing due to climate change, proposing new flavors through food pairings. At Union Square Tokyo, "New York Wine Flight #1" will be the theme, highlighting the charm of New York State wines.
This event is highly recommended not only for wine connoisseurs but also for those who "want to learn more about wine" and "enjoy pairing it with food."
WonderTable's Sommelier
Takenori Nakazato
He began his career as a chef at Meiji Kinenkan, and after gaining experience at French and international restaurants in Tokyo and abroad, he transitioned into service. Since 2007, he has been involved in launching numerous new establishments at WonderTable, and currently serves as the general manager of "Jean-Georges Tokyo." He actively engages with domestic and international wine producers, visits wineries, and participates in wine events, sharing the appeal of food and wine as a beverage director.
