Humax Cinema Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Wonder Table Co., Ltd., is pleased to announce that it will hold a charity screening to support Noto reconstruction at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas, which it operates.
We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the 2020 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and their families. I pray for a speedy recovery.
On Friday, February 9, 2024, Wonder Table's affiliated company, Humax Cinema, will hold a charity screening to support Noto reconstruction at the "Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas". The screening of ``Ikken no Keiki'' is a documentary film about the sake brewers of the Noto Peninsula. Director Kahori Ishii, who worked on the film, has previously made two films with the theme of the Noto Peninsula, and is planning and proposing charity screenings in various places to support disaster victims. Humax Cinema received a message from director Ishii and decided to implement it. On the day of the event, we will have local sake from Ishikawa Prefecture available for you to enjoy along with the movie. After the screening, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Hokurik Mirai Fund.
