[Lawry's The Prime Rib] Enjoy fresh winter oysters from different regions in Eastern and Western Japan

American dining restaurant Lawry's The Prime Rib (hereinafter referred to as Lawry's) will be offering a special menu, "Winter Oyster Selection," featuring seasonal winter oysters.

At Lawry's, we offer two types of fresh oysters that allow you to enjoy the unique characteristics of each region during the winter, when oysters are at their most delicious. Oysters grown in the different waters of eastern and western Japan have distinct differences in taste, aroma, and aftertaste, allowing you to experience the unique characteristics of each region with each dish.

Fresh oysters allow you to simply enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, and are a great aperitif, but their deliciousness is further enhanced when paired with wine or beer.

YAMADA Oyster 980 yen

Origin: Yamada, Iwate Prefecture <br>A single grain with a gentle sweetness and powerful umami flavor that combine to create a deep, rich taste.
Our painstaking farming methods, including meticulous selection and hot water treatment, allow us to maximize the natural flavor of the oysters.

Sea Drops 800 yen

Origin: Saiki, Oita Prefecture <br>A simple, clear saltiness brings out the umami of the oysters, resulting in a refreshing taste.
It has a light aftertaste and is easy to eat, making it a perfect match with alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer.
