We regret to inform you that Mo-Mo-Paradise Kabukicho Main Store, the birthplace of the Mo-Mo-Paradise brand, will close its doors on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, after 33 years of history. To express our gratitude to all our customers who have supported us, we will be holding a "Final Event" unique to the Kabukicho Main Store from Tuesday, September 1, until the last day of business.
Thank you for 33 years of "Welcome Back"
Mo-Mo-Paradise was founded in 1993 in Shinjuku, Kabukicho, shortly after the collapse of the bubble economy, as a measure to rebuild a struggling restaurant. With the groundbreaking price of "all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and sukiyaki for 1,500 yen," it was initially planned for a six-month run. However, it received overwhelming support from students and office workers alike, exceeding expectations and eventually growing into a core brand for our company.
The origin of its popularity as a place where customers could enjoy authentic food at a reasonable price was supported by the voices of each and every customer who said, "I want to come back again." This accumulation of support has built the Kabukicho Main Store of today.
From our origins, to the world – 33 years of gratitude
The spirit nurtured at the Kabukicho Main Store later expanded the brand's reach domestically with "Mo-Mo-Paradise" and "Nabedazo," and from the late 2000s, it also expanded overseas to Taiwan, Thailand, China, Southeast Asia, and the United States. In 2016, the Kabukicho Main Store underwent a major renovation, continuing to evolve as a hub for customers visiting from both Japan and abroad. In 2020, the brand name was unified globally as "Mo-Mo-Paradise," embodying the desire to "More & More (continue evolving)," and it grew into a global brand.
Even now, in 2026, with over 80 stores in 8 overseas regions, the Kabukicho Main Store continues to be the origin, holding the memories of many customers.

Until the closure on September 30th, all our staff will continue to welcome customers with the same hospitality, carrying our gratitude to all who have used the Kabukicho Main Store. We sincerely thank you for the 33 years we have spent together, and to make this last month a special time, we have prepared two events.
