Peter Luger Tokyo will be selling aged steak and roast chicken sets as take-out items for Thanksgiving and Christmas only.
Roast chicken is available in whole size. Herbs, garlic, and aromatic vegetables are marinated for 24 hours and then slowly roasted in a broiler. It is characterized by being moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. We offer a total of three types of steaks, including T-bone and USDA Prime. USDA Prime is a "beef grading system" that evaluates the high quality of American beef. Among them, we only use grades with the highest rating, ``Prime.'' The meat is juicy, tender and well-balanced. They are carefully aged in our in-store aging warehouse for at least 28 days. The aged meat is simply grilled with only salt to bring out its flavor, and then served openly on a plate with clarified butter. You can enjoy a unique taste with concentrated umami. In addition to the main dishes, we also offer sets that include salads, appetizers, desserts, etc.
