【バルバッコア】甘くとろける至福のひととき。ブラジルデザートフェア開催

[Barbacoa] A sweet and melting moment of bliss. Brazilian Dessert Fair held

Churrasco specialty restaurant "Barbacoa" will be holding a Brazilian dessert fair at its Aoyama flagship store and Roppongi Hills store from Thursday, February 13th to Friday, February 28th, 2025, exclusively during "holiday lunchtime" and "dinnertime."

This fair will feature a wide variety of desserts made with Brazil's signature fruits, including coconut, acai, pineapple, and lime. The desserts will make the most of the rich flavors of the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy simple yet sophisticated flavors.

Carefully selected ingredients, baked in store

For this fair, we will bake as much as possible in-store to provide customers with freshly baked flavors. Each dessert is carefully handcrafted to preserve the original flavor of the ingredients, making them perfect for Valentine's Day sweets.

Experience Brazilian food culture

"Barbacoa" is a churrasco specialty restaurant where you can enjoy the authentic taste in Japan. At this dessert fair, we have prepared a wide variety of desserts that will allow you to learn more about Brazilian food culture. Please take this opportunity to enjoy traditional Brazilian desserts at "Barbacoa".

Introducing the limited edition menu for the fair

Chocolate cream strawberry tart

This tart is an exquisite combination of rich Brazilian chocolate cream and sweet and sour strawberries.

Pave de Abakaci

A Brazilian homemade dessert made with condensed milk and layered with cream and biscuits.

Guarana chocolate cake

A moist and smooth chocolate cake made by soaking sponge cake in guarana, sandwiching it with chocolate cream and then coating it with chocolate.

Lime tart:

Made with lime juice and peel, combined with condensed milk, this dessert has a refreshing combination of sourness, sweetness and a hint of bitterness.

Acai yogurt bowl

Acai bowls actually originated in Brazil. This time, I tried making an acai yogurt bowl.

"Romeo and Juliet" baked cheesecake with homemade plum jam

An original barbacoa dessert inspired by "Romeo and Juliet," a dish of Brazilian Minas cheese topped with guava jam.
