[Terre de Truffle Tokyo] Introducing the "Truffle-Fragrant 8-Dish Course" featuring the finest bonito from Kochi, available only in early summer

Terre de Truffle Tokyo, a restaurant specializing in truffle dishes, will be offering a "Signature Course" filled with early summer flavors from Sunday, June 1st to Thursday, July 31st, 2025.

A special course to enjoy bonito from Yoriki Fisheries in Kochi and seasonal ingredients

The first bonito of the season, delivered directly from Yoriki Fisheries in Sukumo Bay, Kochi Prefecture, will be served as an appetizer. The freshness and flavor of the bonito is combined with the aroma of truffles to create a dish with a seasonal feel. Garlic is used sparingly to balance the flavor. The aroma is not too strong, bringing out the deliciousness of the ingredients.

Other dishes include Inaniwa udon, with noodles coated in a rich sea urchin sauce and served with a fluffy egg espuma, as well as dishes made with seasonal ingredients such as fragrant white petal mushrooms, flavorful Bigorre black pork, and sweet musk melon.
