On Sunday, August 31, 2025, the modern French restaurant Jean-Georges Tokyo will host a Maker's Dinner in collaboration with Takeda Winery, a leading winery in Yamagata Prefecture.
A special evening featuring the finest cuisine and wine
This special one-night-only event will allow you to enjoy the diverse lineup of this winery, known as a pioneer of Japanese wine, along with Jean-Georges' signature innovative and elegant French cuisine.
Kazuhiro Kishimoto talks about the appeal of wine
On the day, five carefully selected wines, including "Zao Star" and "Rouge Barrel Aged," will be served along with a special course tailored to each wine's flavor. In addition, Takeda Winery Managing Director Kishihira Kazuhiro will be invited to speak about his passion for winemaking and the appeal of Japanese wine, as he passionately supports the winemaking of his wife, CEO Noriko Kishihira.
