
Modern French restaurant Jean-Georges Tokyo will be offering a tasting menu (¥20,000) exclusively for August 2025.
A gourmet experience featuring 10 delicate yet bold dishes that sublimate the bounty of summer
This 10-course menu was created by Chef Ryoichi Mochizuki of the Tokyo restaurant, who inherits the philosophy of world-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, by fusing seasonal ingredients with his delicate sensibilities. Appetizers include a refreshing dish of melon, raspberry, yogurt, and shiso, as well as dishes that are characteristic of Jean-Georges, such as crispy sushi topped with Shinshu salmon and chipotle mayonnaise. The main dish is a powerful yet refreshing dish of Australian lamb paired with edamame and preserved lemon.
The menu is light and memorable, featuring an abundance of summer fruits, including pineapple with a hint of black pepper and a rich combination of passion fruit and coconut for dessert. From cold and hot dishes to the main course and dessert, each dish is a breath of the season.
