Since opening in Akasaka in 2013, YONA YONA BEER WORKS has expanded to six locations, and together with Japan's leading craft beer maker, YO-HO Brewing, has promoted the appeal of craft beer, the passion of the brewers, and the joy of pairing it with food. Since opening, the two have shared the desire to "spread the culture of craft beer throughout Japan in the form of a restaurant," and will now be opening a brewery restaurant in Shinagawa that will further evolve that experience.
The bar has an on-site brewery, with experienced brewers from Yo-Ho Brewing always on-site. Customers can not only enjoy a freshly brewed glass of beer, but also learn about the passion and depth of beer-making through communication with the brewers.
