A luxurious Christmas treat packed with the delicious flavors of buffalo mozzarella
Enjoy a special menu featuring our proud buffalo mozzarella cheese as the main course, as well as an abundance of carefully selected ingredients, including caviar from Lombardy and truffles from Umbria.
The Christmas dinner course will feature an appetizer called "Caviar from Lombardy, Cauliflower Crema Pane Carasau," which is a perfect harmony of the creamy taste of cauliflower and the saltiness of caviar. For the main course, you can choose from the juicy "Beef Rib Roast Bistecca with Umbrian Truffles" or the appetizing "Pizza Tartufo" with fragrant truffles and mushrooms.
The Christmas lunch course is a condensed version of the dinner course, allowing you to enjoy luxurious flavors at lunchtime as well.
