These wines were carefully selected by Wondertable's sommeliers who visited Italy and spoke to the winemakers. Enjoy this special lineup, which will be available in Japan for the first time, at Obica Mozzarella Bar.

Directly imported from the prestigious Italian brand, Lugiano, in Vinci
Rugiano is a prestigious winery located in Vinci, Tuscany, known as the hometown of the great artist Leonardo da Vinci. They cultivate their grapes using organic farming methods that utilize the natural power of the soil without using any chemical fertilizers, and they place great importance on environmental considerations.
This time, Wondertable has collaborated with a local winery to specially stock wines that are difficult to obtain in the Japanese market. We deliver the rich individuality that only Ruggiano can offer, along with the passion of the winemaker.
A lineup of three unique wines
We offer three types: Solare Toscana Bianco, with its rich aroma and fresh taste; Chianti DOCG, a representative Italian wine; and Tenace Chianti Riserva, which stands out for its depth of flavor that comes from aging.
Enjoy a blissful moment paired with Obica's signature Italian dishes, including mozzarella cheese and prosciutto.

SOLARE TOSCANA BIANCO

This fresh white wine has a pale yellow color with hints of gold and a soft aroma of ripe apricot and acacia flowers. The refreshing citrus flavor and moderate acidity are in harmony, resulting in a long, lingering finish. This is a young wine that should be drunk within three years of harvest.
CHIANTI DOCG

A vibrant ruby-colored red wine. Fruity aromas reminiscent of cherry and raspberry, with a refreshing hint of violet, spread throughout the mouth. A smooth, well-balanced wine that is exceptionally easy to drink. It pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes, including pasta, delicate cheeses, and grilled white meat.
TENACE CHIANTI RISERVA
Bottle 8,500 yen
This elegant red wine has a deep ruby red color with hints of garnet. The aroma of ripe red fruits and spices spreads, and the harmonious flavor and rich tannins create a long, lingering finish. It is recommended to enjoy it with deep, flavorful dishes such as stewed meats and aged cheeses.
