Yona Yona Beerworks will hold a "New Year's Meat Fair" for 23 days from Thursday, January 9th to Friday, January 31st, 2025. A wide selection of carefully selected meat dishes will be on offer, including Eisbein , which has been slowly simmered for four days and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and truffle-scented minced cutlet , a luxurious collaboration of Furano beef and almond pork. The pork shank is slowly stewed over four days and then baked in the oven once an order is placed. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft and tender.

Truffle-flavored minced cutlet 1,000 yen

A minced meat cutlet made with a luxurious combination of Hokkaido Furano beef and flavorful almond pork. The subtle aroma of truffle whets the appetite.

57℃ liver 700 yen

White liver, slowly cooked at a low temperature of 57℃, melts in your mouth and goes perfectly with the balsamic-based sauce.
