[Yona Yona Beer Works] Limited-Quantity "ASAMA BOYA" with a Smooth Taste and Tropical Aroma

Yona Yona Ale's official beer restaurant, Yona Yona Beer Works, will begin serving a limited quantity of "ASAMA BOYA_Collaboration with BLACK TIDE BREWING," a collaboration beer brewed jointly by Yo-Ho Brewing Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture) and craft brewery BLACK TIDE BREWING in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture. This hazy IPA combines the techniques and philosophies of both breweries.

This product is based on BLACK TIDE BREWING's classic beer "Hoya Boya," and has been brewed with YO-HO BREWING's unique interpretation. During the brewing process, brewers from both breweries exchanged opinions and made on-the-spot decisions to fine-tune the brewing method. By combining the strengths of each brewery, we have created a beer that pursues the unique expression of a brewery collaboration.

It features overlapping fruity aromas and a smooth taste.

This hazy IPA features tropical fruit, soft, sweet aromas reminiscent of peach and apricot, and a refreshing citrus nuance. The fruity aroma blends together, creating a smooth finish with reduced bitterness. Its freshness and juiciness make it a delightful drink that can be enjoyed until the very end.
